Rick is the founder of our company and has taught at 20-30 trade shows a year for the past two decades.

He is a highly-sought trainer across the West with a unique in-class presentation style that leaves attendees wanting more.

In his spare time, Rick is often seen riding his electric bike in Estes Park, Colorado.

Herb Fancher

Herb is our lead scientist here at the company and his experience is unrivaled.

He completed his masters degree in Botany and Zoology from the University of Wisconsin where he began to pioneer a career in studying microorganisms. 

Throughout his career, Herb has provided technical trainings for diverse audiences across the US, Europe, South America and even South Korea on everything from equipment and lab techniques to wastewater biology.

When he isn’t consulting, Herb enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his family.

Tanner Hartsock, M.S.

With a masters degree in Geology, Tanner hopes to help preserve the natural world and is passionate about soil and water health. 

Tanner’s classes focus on microbial remediation programs and tools he believes in using to solve current and future environmental challenges.

In his spare time, Tanner enjoys golfing, hiking, camping, cooking and keeping track of his rascal cat, Ruby.

How Do I Register?
Because each state administer’s CEUs differently, you will need to register through the rural water association for your state. See links in the Register Today section below.
Do I Get CEUs for Attending?
The rural water association for your state will provide you with any CEU credits for which you are eligible. You will register for this event with your state’s rural water association to ensure that you earn the CEUs that you are due.
